The Home Buying Process

You need to know how much house you can afford and a pre-approval letter makes your offer stronger

Now is the fun part - visit open houses, search online, and tour potential properties to narrow down your list of future homes

Once you’ve found the one, work with your agent to craft a strong offer - your agent will negotiate on your behalf to secure the best deal

Once under contract, you will conduct inspections, request any necessary repairs, ensure a clean title, and secure financing

You’ve made it to settlement day, and after signing all the paperwork, you get the keys to your new home!
